Here’s my first holiday greeting this season…
Sending lots of love and wishing you Happy Christmas from LONDON!
Here we go, my healthy-ish version of the famous gingerbread cookie.
I’m not making gingerbread boys or girls, just FYI, as they remind me of toilet signs, I prefer other Christmas shapes.
We’re definitely in the home run to Christmas! Yay!
Here’s my own take on Christmas gifts, of which I’ve tried them all and would recommend with no hesitation, especially the health counselling sessions with ME! OH YES!
Gift giving is such an amazing tradition, but don’t let all the Christmas craziness make you forget, it’s not what it’s all about!
I’m so excited about seeing my family after a long year, watching all the famous Czech fairytale films, such as ‘S Certy Nejsou Zerty’, ‘Tri Orisky pro Popelku’ and many more. I’m excited about the Czech Christmas Carols, eating carp and carp soup for our Christmas dinner and baking our famous Christmas cookies with my brother Martin. I’m excited about simply sitting down and chatting with my family over a hot cup of cocoa and gossiping all night long.
What are your Christmas traditions?
Hiking is my favorite sport, well if it can be called a sport anyway? I believe it can! After all it is amazing exercise.
When I hike, all my problems go away, my over-thinking goes away, my worries go away and fresh air comes in, quiteness comes in, happiness comes in and, most of all, I really feel I sync with nature and, at risk of being heavy, the universe.
That’s why I love hiking, it’s my meditation, my sacred place, where I believe only amazing things can happen… well, apart from snakes, I’m not a fan of snakes when they happen, of which, btw, there are FIVE in this picture!

It’s that time of the year, Christmas is heeereee!!! Well almost, but it’s definitely the time when we have to sprinkle our hot drinks with some delicious cinnamon.
Apart from the incredible taste, cinnamon has plenty of health benefits that you should definitely take advantage of:
Here’s another addition to my ‘hotel series’, my favorite hotels around the world. I recently stayed in this newly built, funky hotel in Vienna’s Museum Quarter.
I haven’t seen a hotel with such character in a very long time. I felt like I was part of a circus show, even a horror film where clowns begin to appear near you, watching you while you’re asleep, crawling at you from behind, laughing at you in your dreams, a fairy-tale with scary creatures that come out at night, yet at the same time I slept well, too well, it was hard to get up for work, I felt cozy, homey and enjoyed the spectacular views and the sunshine of one of my favorite cities in the world, the one that always makes me feel so close to home, Vienna.
