So much to be thankful for today and every day. Today, it’s a turkey celebration with our amazing friends, first Thanksgiving for our little one. After that, it’s PICFA (putting in cases for adventures) as we embark onto another incredible journey, it’s our first ever family holiday tomorrow. My work card/ green card has finally arrived too, woohoo, so I’m happy to say, that after 10 years or so, I’m finally a permanent resident of the USA and finally, after a few months of travel hiatus, I’m allowed to get on a plane, at last! No more being grounded.
I’m incredibly thankful for our family, our healthy and happy baby boy, who has no idea, why we’re excited when we see Thomas The Tank Engine during the Thanksgiving parade, yet! We’re grateful for our incredible friends who decided to make a turkey for us this year again, even though they have a new born baby as well and our friends and family all around the world, who travelled days and days just to meet our little one. We love you all and are incredibly thankful for you! Thanks America for having us. And thank you for that yummy turkey today!
This is what I’m packing for the Caribbean. I have to go light as I have loads of baby diapers, clothes and toys to carry in my suitcase. Also, my wardrobe is still very limited to just wearing my pregnancy clothes due to ‘my breastfeeding adventures’, as I’m yet to fit into pre-pregnancy clothes and that turkey today won’t help!! Happy holidays!!
