Cafe Colette makes you forget you’re in NYC, with it’s French clientele and bistro feel.
I come here to slow down the Manhattan pace and for their amazing chicken salad. Sometimes I simply grab a quick coffee at their whole in the wall, literally, a small window in their 9th Street-side facade. I like to spend time here contemplating, you know how much I like to do that, in their inspiring deco space with that Williamsburg vibe. I am a big fan of their vintage-y looking bar lamps and tiles, so if you can lift your head from that amazing meal you’ll be gulping down, check them out!
Bon appétit!
